Antonio Nemtisor Cluj-Napoca Work Approach About Start a project

Complete software products, built by one person.

Ordering systems, marketplaces, and the websites around them, designed and built end to end. Not a feature on someone else's roadmap: the whole thing, running.

Towly · driver accepting a job

Systems, not screens

Towly runs on four codebases and one shared domain package. That is the unit of work here: a system, not a page.

Ten years in production

I have built software for evozon, PokerStars and Betfair, on systems where a bug is money rather than a ticket.

I have run a business

Eight years owning Emercor Trade: suppliers, contracts, staff, margins. I read your problem from that side too.

The work

Two products built from nothing, and sites built for clients. Every part named under Towly and Bite-by-QR is a real repository you can be walked through.

Towly

An on-demand tow-truck marketplace for Cluj-Napoca. A stranded driver sees the trucks nearby, compares each driver's price per kilometre against a route estimate, and requests a tow, or schedules one and lets drivers bid.

Requesting a tow
The Towly customer app: a tow truck priced at 724 Lei pinned on the map, and the driver’s card open below it — 7 Lei per kilometre, 150 Lei minimum charge, and an estimate of 724 Lei for 103.4 kilometres.

Bite-by-QR

QR-to-table ordering and payment for restaurants. A guest scans the table code, orders from a live menu and pays by card with a tip. The order lands on the kitchen screen in real time, split between bar and kitchen.

The Alchemy Detailing homepage: a dark car interior behind the Romanian headline “Transformăm murdăria în strălucire”, with a gold call to action.

Alchemy Detailing

A bilingual one-page site for a detailing studio, with before/after sliders and a gallery the owner edits from a single file. No build step, no CMS, nothing to maintain. The hero runs licensed stock footage behind the type.

The SkyMetric homepage: an aerial photograph of a construction site behind the wordmark and the Romanian line “Inteligență aeriană pentru infrastructura critică.”

SkyMetric

Aerial inspection and photogrammetry for construction, energy and industry. Static and bilingual, tuned to load fast on a phone at the edge of a site.

Live skymetric.ro
The Assistika homepage: a desaturated photograph of hands at a keyboard behind the headline “Technical writers who can develop documentation from the ground up.”

Assistika

A marketing site for a technical-writing agency: services, expertise, the team and careers on one long scroll. Built on Gatsby, so every page ships as static files and the whole site loads as fast as a brochure.

Two ways to work

Product builds

Zero to a working product. I take the business problem, design the system, build every part of it and ship it. You get the repositories and the accounts in your own name. Nothing is locked to me, and nothing needs me to keep running.

Websites

A fast site you own. Static where static is right, so it loads immediately, costs almost nothing to host, and still works in three years without a maintenance contract or a plugin that broke.

Rates and availability on request.

I have been on both sides of this

Eight years running Emercor Trade: negotiating with suppliers and shopping centres, managing staff, watching margins. Ten years building software since then, on a translation platform used across a business, on a healthcare product, and most recently on betting and gaming systems where a bug is money and a release is a rehearsal.

So when you describe a problem, I am not only working out how to build it. I am working out whether it is worth building, and what the smallest version is that would tell you.
